Role and Responsibility

Lead the design and development of company products. Work with VP of engineering and principal software architect to understand business requirements and translate these into technical requirements for the development team.

Plan and document technical specifications. Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Direct development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications.

Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to software quality standards.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Computer Science.

2yrs exp. in job offered or as Software Engineer.
